The founders of The Leadership Project, Alex Coward and Amanda Sheard have a combined global experience of 50 years in leadership development across leading Australian and global companies, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
Alex and Amanda had noticed the organisations they were working with were investing increasing amounts of money in leadership development with little overall return. They knew there was a better way and this was the impetus for forming The Leadership Project. Alex and Amanda work with leaders to ensure they are able to function at the highest level. They do this by working on a leader's inner game first. This creates the right conditions for an elevated 'outer game' which is sustainable and strong.
